The Magnus Jakobsen Set have an appreciation of the legendary LP library recordings of the 1960s and 1970s.

In that murky old world song titles were routinely changed, pseudonyms used and musicians remained anonymous.

The Magnus Jakobsen Set subscribe to this ethos.

While still maintaining a slant on library music, The Magnus Jakobsen Set freely change styles,

instrumentation and mood without adhering to any specific guidelines.

Though the influences are often clear; TV themes, Movies, Lounge and Easy Listening etc., a wide palette of

musical styles are employed, interspersed with some surprising twists.  Make no mistake, this is new music!

We hope you enjoy your journey into the wonderful world of

The Magnus Jakobsen Set.
